What Are Titles & Deeds in Real Estate?
WHAT IS A TITLE?
A title is very important in real estate. In short, title is a legal term that refers to ownership of something.
WHAT IS A DEED?
Titles are transferred by deeds. A deed is the actual legal document that would transfer the ownership (title) of a property from one person to another. A deed is signed by the person selling or transferring the property rights, called the grantor. The person purchasing or taking possession of the property rights is called the grantee.
NAR releases national and regional existing-home sales price and volume statistics on or about the 25th of each month. Each report includes data for 12 months and annual totals going back three years. Reports are available for existing single-family homes, condos, and co-ops. "How To Visually Enlarge a Small Bathroom" Joanna Gaines
Preparing to sell?
Joanna Gaines of HGTV's Fixer Upper shows how she used airy colors and plenty of lighting to visually enlarge this small bath. In addition, Jo offers more design tips about choosing tile, mirrors and even shower curtains to make a small bathroom seem larger.
:Dark colors make a space feel smaller, while lighter colors create the feeling of space. Choose lighter shades such as blues, greens, or grays.
Light colored ceramic wall tiles laid from floor to ceiling also create the illusion of space that can be enhanced if you use larger tiles, rather than smaller tiles.

For some mortgage borrowers, characteristics besides interest rates or other mortgage terms may play an important role in their choice of lender or broker.
Buying a home is one of the most important financial decisions a consumer can make and selecting the mortgage that best meets the consumer’s needs is an important part of that decision.
The mortgage broker and your REALTOR® should work as a team. Please give me a call to discuss this more in detail if you are considering buying a home soon.

One weekend is all you need!
One of Kiyosaki’s biggest pieces of advice is to learn as much about money as you can. He believes the U.S. public school system doesn’t put enough emphasis on money. To make up for it, people need to take it upon themselves to learn about personal finance. He recommends reading personal finance books and attending seminars or classes.
As a general rule, learning as much as possible is always a good idea. To cite one specific example, many people are afraid to invest because they feel like they don’t know enough about investing. Learning more, even if it’s just the basics of investing can give people the knowledge and confidence necessary to make big financial decisions.
Please give me a call for a one and one consultation to help you understand some of your options as it applies to our local area...

#1 Plan a special surprise: Plan a special and unique surprise for your loved one, whether it’s a romantic dinner, a weekend getaway, or something unexpected and personal.
#2 Show appreciation: Express your love and gratitude through thoughtful gestures and verbal affirmations. Write a love letter, make a homemade gift, or simply tell them how much they mean to you.
#3 Quality time: Spend quality time with your loved one, and make it about them. Do something they enjoy, listen to them, and be fully present at the moment.
#4 Create new memories: Try something new together, whether it’s cooking a new dish, trying a new activity, or visiting a new place. Creating new memories together strengthens your bond and adds more depth to your relationship.
